Mona Kattan is a Dubai-based fragrance entrepreneur who turned founder-led content into a business in its own right. A co-founder of Huda Beauty, she runs the fragrance house Kayali as chief executive, and built a following by doing on camera what she does in the boardroom: talking scent with the fluency of someone who actually makes it.

A finance graduate of the American University of Sharjah, she pairs that commercial footing with real on-screen presence, including a turn on Netflix’s Dubai Bling. She sits in the lane the Gulf has come to own: the founder who is also the face, building the brand and the audience in the same move.
